You get unlimited commercial use with this file but you DO NOT have the ownership of the design itself. You may print as many as you wish and sell those but you don't have the rights to sell the STL file or any remakes of it. 
 
I printed this with 5 walls and 10% infill. Of course you would know your own printer better. Had to paint extra supports under the chin but other than that, prints well.
